Located about 50 feet from the Ocean, there are 2 other similar units availble for rent in the this exclusive neighborhood. enjoy Town with out needing a car and a 24/7 security staff that will help you with anything you need as well as a fully biligual contact person that will show you around and get you acquainted with town. Enjoy phenomenal sunsets from the beachfront palapas, life doesn't get much better that this =)

Madeline's is the perfect base of operations for your Nica trip or even if you just want to lay around and do nothing but watch sunsets and relax by the pool. The accomodations were clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need for cooking etc... Mandy met us at the property and we were checked in and swimming in the pool in 10 minutes. Its staffed 24 hrs so you can come and go whenever you want and feel safe. The location was just across the street from the beach and steps away from everything - no rental car needed. You can easily hire local guides to arrange your activities and pick-up / take you to the airport for the same if not less than a rental car witout the worries. I will definitely stay at Madeline's on my next trip and use Vacation Home rentals.

This was our fifth time in San Juan del Sur and our first time staying at this house. It was perfect. A five minute walk from town and the beach at San Juan del Sur Bay was just across the street from our entrance, so sunsets every night were a breeze. The pool was a welcome relief at the end of a log day of sightseeing and surfing. The gate was guarded 24 hours a day by the friendliest and most helpful cuidadors........Miguel, Roberto, and Manual. We couldn't have been more relaxed and less worried about anything. The guys were able to leave their boards in an empty office right by the street, very accessible because the guards were always there. The house is secluded and quiet with a fully equipped kitchen. The only down was no cable or wifi, but call centers and internet cafes are plentiful and closeby. I think we'll make this our new spot in SJDS!!!!!

There is no doubt, this is an amazing place to stay... The view, the pool, the walking distance from "downtown"... The room are nice and its very clean! The people who take care of the house are very nice and friendly. It almost feels like home! :) We stayed 10 days and we would stay longer if we could. We also look forward to go back!

We stayed (my boyfriend and two other people) at Casa Las Flores for 10 days while we were in Nicaragua. We checked in late at night because we got lost on our way from Managua. When we woke up the next morning and we looked out the window one thing came in mind: What a spectacular view!! There is so much to do nearby. The house is situated on a quiet street backing up the ravine and is 5 minutes walk from ``downtown`` San Juan. The pool is cozy and private. Also there are 3 decks available if you are looking for some intimacy while traveling with a group. The people who take care of the house are really dedicated, efficient and friendly. (Thanks again guys). San Juan is the place to go if you are looking for a great time and we intend to go back!
