Beautiful oceanview Townhouse located in gated community in Lomas de Palermo, San Juan del Sur. Our Villa features 3 bedrooms/3 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, cable tv, dvd, free WiFi Internet and an ocean view terrace.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed with a private balcony, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed and the third bedroom has a cot. A total of 9 people can sleep .

Our Villa is part of a gated community featuring a swimming pool, a restaurant, clubhouse, private conference room, 24 hour Security, laundry and maid service.

The restaurant offers meal plans for guests.l
