Villa Carmen is a private Villa located close to a pool, restaurant and clubhouse in a secure community overlooking the Bay of San Juan Del Sur.

Our Villa is part of a community which features a tranquil setting,
(a 5 minute ride to town with free resort transportation!), a beautiful pool, a restaurant, clubhouse, private conference room, 24 hour Security, laundry and maid service.

This non-smoking 1600 sq. home has the Master bedroom upstairs with a full ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a private balcony overlooking the harbour of San Juan Del Sur.
On the main floor is the second bedroom with a full ensuite bath, with tiled shower. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances and opens into a generous dining and living room area with stunning views overlooking the Bay. The contemporary furniture is locally made out of solid tropical wood and is of exquisite quality! The living room has an entertainment center with TV and DVD player.

The Villa comes with free WIFI internet, air conditioning and a locking cabinet for valuables. This spacious home will comfortably accommodate
4 Adults and provisions can be made for more people.

The restaurant is full service and meal plans are available.

Area Information

San Juan Del Sur is a vibrant beach town with all of the entertainment and activities available one could ask for including, Deep Sea Fishing, Surfing, horseback riding, hiking, zipline/jungle canopy tours, volcano tours, massage and spa treatments, yoga and more!

Once you have enjoyed the shops, discos and restaurants of town it is nice to know that tranquility awaits you back at Villas De Palermo, which is within walking distance of town (although a free shuttle can take you there and pick you up!)

Amazing experience

October 17, 2012

My wife and I stayed for 10 days at Christmas time last year and had amazing vacation. The Villa is beautifully decorated with locally made furnishings and art work. Full kitchen in the villa and a great restaurant/bar adjacent to the pool. The villa has 2 master suites both with ensuites and beautiful views, including amazing sunsets!! There is a nice garden patio right outside perfect for an evening drink or morning coffee

Luxury accommodation in a paradise location

A modern beautiful villa with cozy furnishings, clean comfy beds and amazing views of San Juan Del Sur. The layout allows privacy for both bedrooms each with large shiny bathroom. We enjoyed delicious meals prepared in the well equipped kitchen while taking in the awesome sunsets on the covered deck. The complex is beautifully landscaped, and a short walk to the cooling pool and deck area and expansive beautiful views. The colorful town of San Juan Del Sur and amazing beaches along the coast are easily accessible by car, bike or walking The staff were friendly and most helpful. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.
