Conveniently located on the most upscale avenue in the San Juan Metro area. This bright, elegantly-furnished 19th floor studio is your home away from home situated in the heart of bustling & hip Condado (across the street from the Marriott Hotel & Casino). The studio apartment consists of a compact kitchen, comfortable yet chic living/dining area with a futon that folds out to sleep 2 & 2 matching side chairs. The north facing wall is a glass sliding door & opens onto a balcony with a majestic ocean view. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed (which sleeps 2), 19-inch TV & DVD player. A walk-in closet is situated between the bedroom & the bathroom. The building has a private pool complete with chaise lounges & also has a private gym.

Area Description

Located in the center of the San Juan's main tourist district, El Condado encompasses some of the areas best cuisine, shopping and gambling all within a 5-10 minute walk. A short cab ride(less than 10 minutes) takes you to other area attractions such as Old San Juan, museums, a world-class shopping mall (Plaza Las Americas) with the beach located directly across the street from the Condo

This apartment was a great find! The location is prime on Ashford and the Atlantic views were marvelous. Unlike a few other apartments I have rented in this building, this unit is very tidy and updated. All dealings with the owner were very cordial and prompt. I highly recommend this rental!

Comfortable and clean apartment with a great view and convenient to everything -- Condado, Old San Juan, airport, etc. Excellent bed and fine sheets made the nights very pleasant. Small pool with a nice hot whirlpool next to it, and an exercise room. Kitchen is small but has everything you need. We would come back!

When I walked into the apartment I saw the ocean through the balcony windows. I was in awe. The apartment was also furnished very nicely and it was perfect for two of us. Very clean place. The kitchen was great to have. The restaurants and coffee shops on Avenida Ashford made it easy to get something to eat. The best part was that since it wasn't a hotel, we had the luxury of checking out when it was convenient, not at 10am! The owner is very nice and professional and followed through with everything and payment was easy thru PayPal. We will definitely be back!
