Description of the San Juan vacation apartment rental

The cost of the studio unit with the “super duper special rates” for up to 2 persons is the following, if reserved before Dec. 1, 09:

a) For a minimum of 7 nights, entering on Mondays or Tuesdays:
$60 x 7 nights = $350 (Reg. $99; $693)
Cleaning Fee: $0 (Reg. $60)
Total: $420 (Reg. $753)

b) For a minimum of 7 nights, entering on any day, excluding Mondays or Tuesdays:
$65 x 7 nights = $420 (Reg. $99; $693)
Cleaning Fee: $0 (Reg. $60)
Total: $455 (Reg. $753)

c) For a minimum of 6 nights, entering on Mondays or Tuesdays:
$67 x 6 nights = $360 (Reg. $99; $594)
Cleaning Fee: $30 (Reg. $60)
Total: $402 (Reg. $654)

d) For a minimum of 6 nights, entering on any day:
$69 x 6 nights = $420 (Reg. $99; $594)
Cleaning Fee: $0 (Reg. $60)
Total: $414 (Reg. $654)


e) For a minimum of 4 nights
$75 x 4 nights = $300 (Reg. $99; $396)
Cleaning Fee: $0 (Reg. $60)
Total: $300 (Reg. $456)


f) For a minimum of 3 nights
$90 x 3 nights = $270 (Reg. $99; $297)
Cleaning Fee: $0 (Reg. $60)
Total: $270 (Reg. $357)



Please understand that “super duper special rates” apply only if you qualify with ALL the requirements, we will not make exceptions since we understand that all our rates are very good although if you can’t qualify for the best rate.

We only have 2 units (the studio for 2 persons and the house unit that accommodates up to 8 persons).

To reserve this is how it works:
1) I send you the policies which you may read and agree
2) I send you a PayPal Money Request of the 50% of the Total. (The PayPal system is the safest way to make deals by internet; safe for you and safe for me. When you get to it’s page you can read information of their company and how they work) You just follow the steps and you will be able to perform the operation.
3) If you are going to take a Taxi to get to our place, ther is s friends who is a taxi driver and know where we are located. His name is Jose (Berti). You may call him at least a day before to make arrangements or take a taxi at the airport but with Berti, you will get here directly with out getting lost. If you are going to rent a car or address is #59 Rampla del Almirante, Urb. Sta. Teresita, San Juan, PR 00911

5) The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in CASH ONLY
6) The security deposit must be handled in upon arrival – TRAVELERS CHECKS OR CASH ONLY
7) Once you get to our place, we give you some explanations, show you the unit, you give of the remaining balance and the security deposit and we give you the keys. And you are welcomed to enjoy PR!

8) In case you finally decide to reserve, I will send you a PayPal Money Request of the 50% of the total.

9) The Remaining balance: plus the PayPal charges must be paid upon arrival in CASH ONLY (NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS).

10) $200 SECURITY DEPOSIT (CASH OR TRAVELERS CHECKS); returned after final inspection the same day of departure.




We have an excellent location and in a nice neighborhood, such as our guest have said to us: "the location is perfect, it's near everything". (2 main touristic areas: Condado & Isal Verde, with hotels restaurants, etc.. Isla verde is where the airpoort is and after Condado you reach the Historic City of Old San Juan). We are located in the Rampla del Almirante street, between the Mcleary street and the Loiza street!!!
Walking ditance to:

beach, park, restaurants, bakery, mini marts, grocery store, banks, walgreens, fast foods, shopping center, etc.
20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Condado
20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Isla Verde
10 minute drive to Old San Juan.
5 minute drive to Presbystherian Hospital, 15 drive to Pavia Hospital



Accomodates 2 persons and sometimes 3 when we provide a twin mattress to lay over the floor.

CUTE COZY STUDIO WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE BEACH OF OCEAN PARK, THE BEST BEACH OF THE TOURIST - RESIDENT AREA OF CONDADO - SAN JUAN. GREAT CHOICE FOR THOSE WHO PREFER NOT TO PAY THE HIGH HOTEL 'S RATES OF PUERTO RICO. Equipped with WIFI (cordless internet), high quality queen size futon (the mattress only, cost us $800), a/c mini split, ceiling fan, TV /Cable, refrigerator, microwave, full equipped kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom.
The studio is very clean and has a perfect location: located in the area "where the action is"! Just a block from the Ocean Park Beach, walking distance to the Barbosa park with tennis courts, running track, etc.; shops, hotels, casinos and restaurants. LOT OF ACTION AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE WEEKENDS, THE BEACH IS A MUST IN THE WEEKENDS!

Located in the area "where the action is"! Just a block from the Ocean Park beach, walking distance to park with tennis court, running track, etc.; shops, hotels and restaurants (for example: Kasalta - the bakery to breakfast or lunch, Georgie's or Bebo's Café - the restaurant with very good food at very low prices!) Lot of action and young people in the weekends, the beach is a must in the weekends!
Amenities:
Located in the county "where the action is". Just a block from the Ocean Park beach, walking distance to the Barbosa Park with tennis court, running track, etc. Near shops, hotels and restaurants (for example, Kasalta -the bakery to breakfast or lunch. Near Bebo's Café, the restaurant with very good food and cheap prices, where the locals go; both are a must! Also Hostería del Mar, a front beach Guest House with a restaurant where you can delight their food while you enjoy the beautiful beach view; but prices are not low! Or just go to the beach in front of this guesthouse, it 's neat, it's where I go!). At night you can walk to enjoy a young friendship and nice atmosphere at D.O.C. in the McLeary street, to share some drinks or meals. Minutes to the historic town of Old San Juan, in Taxi or a 20 -30 minutes ride in bike. In Old San Juan you can have a Piña Colada at Maria 's in the Cristo street and try some cheese with nachos; or at night you can go to Mr. Frog or if you want to hear and dance Latin music go to New York's Café! At the Fortaleza Street you can find very good restaurants and nice atmosphere, like for example; The Parrot Club, Dragon Fly, Agua Viva and many others. The 1st Tuesday of every months the Fortaleza street is closed for car traffic and almost every restaurant has their booth in the street, it's a party atmosphere in the street. Ah, and you should not miss "El Divino Bocadito" - an European Spain gay friendly Tasca, where Wednesday nights you can see the Sevillana dance Show and Friday nights you can see the Flamenco Show, the place is very nice! Other places to see: El Yunque rainforest, the b each of Luquillo, the island of Culebra or Vieques, la Parguera, el Poblado in Cabo Rojo and many other places. Come to PR and have fun! My wife and I stayed at this studio apartment during our vacation to Puerto Rico. We had such a great experience, we would definitely consider staying there and referring some friends and family to this very comfortable "home away from home". The owner was very kind and helpful and her hospitality was beyond comforting. She made our vacation that much more enjoyable. See for yourself, the price is superb for the location of the property, which is minutes from anything. Thumbs up all the way!!!

This studio is wonderful in so many ways. First of all it's clean and very nicely decorated... you have a table outside to use and a full kitchen so you can make some meals at home to save money! Not only was the room great, the owner is very helpful with suggesting things to do and explaining where things are! It's close to the beach and supermarket and just a hop, skip and a jump away from some of the funner places to hang out in the area. We made a new friend and will be back sooner rather than later, thank you :)

If you are looking for something simple but cozy and the perfect location to be at, this is the place to stay. I stayed for four days and I haave no complains at all. The place was clean, cozy, nicely decorated and it had everything you need. It's minutes away from the beach and where all the action goes on in San Juan. If you are looking for something simple but nice and cozy I definitely recommend it.
