Description of the San Juan vacation apartment rental

The cost of the house unit with the “super duper special rates” is the following if reserved before Dec. 1, ‘09:

a) For a minimum of 7 nights, entering on Mondays or Tuesdays:
$120 x 7 nights = $805 (Reg. $250; $1,750)
Cleaning Fee: $0 (Reg. $80)
Total: $840 (Reg. $1,830)

If your stay is more than 7 nights you may add to the total the rate per additional nights.
Additional person: $15 per night per person.


b) For a minimum of 7 nights, entering on any day:
$125 x 7 nights = $875 (Reg. $250; $1,750)
Cleaning Fee: $0 (Reg. $60)
Total: $875 (Reg. $1,830)

If your stay is more than 7 nights you may add to the total the rate per additional nights.
Additional person: $15 per night per person


c) For a minimum of 6 nights, entering on Mondays or Tuesdays:
$130 x 6 nights = $780 (Reg. $250; $1,500)
Cleaning Fee: $0 (Reg. $80)
Total: $780 (Reg. $1,580) special rate if reserved before Nov. 16, ‘09

If your stay is more than 6 nights, you may apply for the rate of $120 per night
Additional person: $15 per night per person.


d) For a minimum of 6 nights, entering on any day:
$135 x 6 nights = $780 (Reg. $250; $1,500)
Cleaning Fee: $0 (Reg. $60)
Total: $780 (Reg. $1,580)

Additional person: $15 per night per person.


e) For a minimum of 4 nights, entering on Mondays or Tuesdays:
$140 x 4 nights = $560 (Reg. $250; $1,000)

Total: $520 (Reg. $1,080)

f) For a minimum of 4 nights, entering on any day:
$145 x 4 nights = $580 (Reg. $250; $1,000)
Cleaning Fee: $0 (Reg. $60)
Total: $580 (Reg. $1,060)

Additional person: $15 per night per person.


g) For a minimum of 3 nights, entering on Mondays or Tuesdays:
$150 x 3 nights = $450 (Reg. $250; $750)
Cleaning Fee: $0 (Reg. $80)
Total: $450 (Reg. $830)

If your stay is more than 6 nights you may add to the total the rate per additional nights.
Additional person: $15 per night per person


h) For a minimum of 3 nights, entering on any day:
$175 x 4 nights = $525 (Reg. $250; $1,000)
Cleaning Fee: $0 (Reg. $80)
Total: $525 (Reg. $1,080)

Additional person: $15 per night per person

We only have 2 units (the studio for 2 persons and the house unit that accommodates up to 8 persons).



Please understand that the “super duper special rates” are only if you qualify with the requirements, we will not make exceptions.



To reserve this is how it works:
1) I send you the policies which you may read and agree
2) Then I send you a PayPal Money Request of the 50% of the Total. (The PayPal system is the safest way to make deals by internet; safe for you and safe for me. When you get to it’s page, you can read information of their company and how they work). You just follow the steps and you will be able to perform the operation.
3) If you are going to take a Taxi to get to our place, there is s friend who is a taxi driver and know where we are located. His name is Jose (Berti). You may call him at least a day before to make arrangements or take a taxi at the airport but with Berti, you will get here directly with out getting lost. 4) The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in CASH ONLY
5) The security deposit must be handled in upon arrival TRAVELERS CHECKS OR CASH ONLY
6) Once you get to our place, we give you some explanations, show you the unit, you give of the remaining balance and the security deposit and we give you the keys. And you are welcomed to enjoy PR!

8) $200 = SECURITY DEPOSIT (CASH OR TRAVELERS CHECKS);
returned after final inspection the same day of departure.



We are located between Isla Verde and Condado (2 main touristic areas with hotels restaurants, etc.. Isla verde is where the airpoort is and after Condado you reach the Historic City of Old San Juan). We are located in the Rampla del Almirante street, between the Mcleary street and the Loiza street!!!
Walking ditance to:
beach, park, restaurants, bakery, mini marts, grocery store, banks, walgreens, fast foods, shopping center, etc.
20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Condado
20 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Isla Verde
10 minute drive to Old San Juan.
5 minute drive to Presbystherian Hospital, 15 drive to Pavia Hospital

$100 per night in this area, is an offer that you can't let it pass! (valid for up to 4 persons. Add $15 per each additional person per night)

Accomodates up to 8 persons and sometimes.

We only have a total of 2 units for vacation rental:one 2b/2b full house unit and one studio unit.

CUTE COZY STUDIO WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE BEACH OF OCEAN PARK, THE BEST BEACH OF THE TOURIST - RESIDENT AREA OF CONDADO - SAN JUAN. GREAT CHOICE FOR THOSE WHO PREFER NOT TO PAY THE HIGH HOTEL 'S RATES OF PUERTO RICO. Equipped with WIFI (cordless internet), high quality queen size futon (the mattress only, cost us $800), a/c mini split, ceiling fan, TV /Cable, refrigerator, microwave, full equipped kitchen, and a beautiful bathroom.
The studio is very clean and has a perfect location: located in the area "where the action is"! Just a block from the Ocean Park Beach, walking distance to the Barbosa park with tennis courts, running track, etc.; shops, hotels, casinos and restaurants. LOT OF ACTION AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE WEEKENDS, THE BEACH IS A MUST IN THE WEEKENDS!

Smoking is accepted ONLY outside the studio.
