One cleaning fee: $80 charged only once.

2) Reservations of 4 or 5 nights - $125 per night (up to 4 persons) and will pay ONLY $40 of Cleaning Fee (REG. $80). (ONLY DURING JULY)

3) ONLY FOR JULY: 1 week for $750 - 6 nights and 7 days. Only from Sunday to Saturday or Monday to Saturday, (if you break the week it does not apply, will apply offer #1) also NO $80 Charge of Cleaning fee.

REQUIREMENT: Reservations must be done before JUNE 30TH., 2008.

This house has 2 bedrooms, each room has its own bathroom. (Capacity 7-8 persons.) The house is just a block from the beach of Ocean Park; the best beach between the area of Old San Juan/Condado and Isla Verde. At the corner of the street is the bus station, and in the next street is Norte Shopping Center where you find Pueblo Supermarket, Blockbuster, etc. On Loiza Street you find many kinds of stores, restaurants (example Bebos - delicious and cheap!) pharmacies (example: Walgreen's). Near casinos and hotels.

Smoking is accepted ONLY outside the HOUSE.
