Beautiful Brand new beach front apartment (2nd floor), spectacular views and relaxing sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Step out onto the glass front balcony to experience the ocean breeze as you lay in the hammock absorbing the tropical sunrise or sunset. there are only a couple of apartments in this complex with this unique beach front view of the ocean.

Aquatika is most famous for it's Lazy river pool.

Steps away from one of may swimming pools (5), (3) hot jacuzzi's, tennis courts, mini golf, basketball courts, and exercise room. Enjoy your vacation in a wonderful resort located in Loiza, Puerto Rico.

Equipped and furnished with the amenities that will allow for an unforgettable vacation experience with or without children.
3 bedrooms-1 queen size bed, 1 full size bed and single beds;
2 full bathrooms (each with tub, shower and hair dryer).
All bedrooms have overhead fans and air conditioners.
Living room has flat screen 42" LCD television with cable TV and wireless internet.

The kitchen has stainless steel refrigerator with ice-maker, filtered water dispenser, a garbage disposal, stainless steel dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, blender and coffeemaker. Dishes, pots, pans. silverware,cups, gas stainless steel barbecue grill and utensils are provided for your convenience.

Beach chairs are available around the various pools and beach area.

The unit also provides linens, towels and beach towels as well.

Maid service is not provided but a washer and dryer is located in the unit if you choose to wash items during your stay. A few rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towel is provided. 1-2 towels sets are provided per person per stay.

****Available is a unique opportunity to enjoy a learning (hands on) experience and enjoyment of a typical Puertorrican Dinner, in your private unit,. this can be arranged prior to your arrival in San Juan for an additional fee, depending on the selected menu and the number of servings.

Our property manage or his assitant will meet tenants at San Juan (SJU) airport's car rental locations. A quick stop at the Supermarket can be for groceries and then you will be escorted for a 15 minute ride east of San Juan to our vacation unit at Aquatika.

We will take a few minutes to familiarize you to the unit, the condo complex and the location of the two designated parking spaces. In addition, you will receive the keys to the unit. the remote for the condo complex gate, and we will also make available to you information with a contact sheet -with telephone numbers in case of an emergency.

Througthout the complex, you will finde mutiple pools, - including a crazy rivera, water slides, waterfalls, a club house and charcoal grills.

A vacation condo provides more space at a considerable less amount of money then a hotel room. It's a real bargain.

Within driving distance, you will find Outlet Malls the world famous Luquillo beach, The Rainforest, Trump International golf course, ferries to the islands of Culebra and Vieques; Old San Juan; Casinos; Bio-luminescent Bay; scuba diving, fishing;surfing: horseback riding; hiking along the coast, El Morro; Rio Camuy Cave Park; Catamaran sailing to the nearby cays, scenic routes, historic sites . Las Cabezas de San Juan nature reserve, Camarero horse racetrack, casual and fine dinning and unique Puerto Rican Cuisine.
