Vacation Rental Description

This vacation rental apartment includes a parking space, is fully furnished & the kitchen includes appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker). There are plenty of glasses and utensils with all the necessities for the ability to cook/prepare meals if and when you want to. Also provided are an iron, ironing board, hair blow dryer, linens, bath and beach towels and beach chairs.

There are two Murphy beds (a full-sized one and a twin-sized one that give you the option of more space). The high-rise building has restricted access (24 hr security guard in the lobby) to guests with keys. There is a coin-operated laundry room on the second floor with washer/dryers. The pool deck is located off the lobby level and is very private and peaceful offering comfortable chaise lounges, picnic tables and umbrellas, outdoor shower and pool side lavatory. The rear lobby (pool access) offers vending machines and free wireless internet access throughout all common areas of the building (both front and rear lobbies).

There are several designer boutiques in the building and one lovely café with outdoor seating - great for people watching along Ashford Avenue. Additionally, there is a gym/exercise room on the second floor for guests' use free of charge w/treadmill, stairmaster, row boat machine, free weights, etc.

Area Description

The Condado is the place to be in downtown San Juan. The condominium building is located almost across from the Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino from which you can arrange for tours of the island, to rainforest, snorkeling, etc. as well as rental cars in their lobby. Everything is at your fingertips. A short bus/taxi ride to and from the airport, Old San Juan and Isla Verde. The Condado beach is just a short walk away. If your Spanish is not quite up to par, most everyone speaks some English and Spanish.
