Description of the San Juan vacation condo rental
the buiding is located on cervantes st two buidings away from the beach. this street is a dead end and is very private. the el quijote building is white with blue awnings and is always manicured nicely. it is a 8 story building with a penthouse on floors 9 & 10. the condominium is located on the 4th floor. the building is very secure and you must have keys to enter the lobby and any floor from the elevator. the condominium is tiled and decorated nicely. this one bedroom condo currently has a king size bed or you can unassemble and turn it into two twins if you like. there is a full kitchen equipped with everything you need if you decide to cook. the t.v. room has a couch which makes into a double bed if you have guests and a small sofa for comfort. there is also a dining room area with a table and 4 chairs. the enterior walls are white and very clean.
Area Description
500 ft. from beach. one block away from starbucks and the marriott. nestled between two low buildings which enable you to view the beach and the ocean all day while relaxing inside. exclusive shops, fine dining and the hottest casinos all in walking distance. however, if you prefer a casual atmosphere you will also find that just a walk away. condado is the most exclusive area in san juan and tourists are always welcome. cervantes street dead ends right into the ocean and you are only a few feet away from playing in the sand. there is a very nice park up the street for the children to enjoy. walgreens is open 24 hours for your convienence. also a small grocery for your cooking needs is around the corner. this is definitely a location you will want to visit again and again.
