I went to PR to attend my best friend wedding, so my friend and I were looking for something affordable and suitable for us to stay. We looked into this condo online, at first we was skeptical because of security issue, but we learned that the neighborhood gets patrolled every 10 minute. Security is very polite and helpful. The beach front is AMAZING and the condo is very spacious. I loved waking up every morning to the sound of the ocean. I would make coffee and sit on the balcony to think about life and manifest. We cooked and had room to invite friends over for meals and drinks….I call it pre-game. The clubs are all over the area and restaurant as well. The beds are a bit rough, but after a long day you'll barely notice. The thing I loved, all type of gear- snorkeling/football/swimboard/domino/cards and more. I will be back hopefully in the winter so I can go home away from home. I want to Thank the owner for sharing there place with me and allowed me to experince and capture many beautiful moments.

We spent 10 days in this condo. When you first enter you are drawn to the great view from the balcony. A great place to sit and have coffee in the morning or watch the sunset. Although the condo is small the balcony makes up for its size. We are beach lovers so our daughters loved being right there on the beach. There are also many stores and resteraunts in this area. You will feel very safe here as security is in full swing. The streets are constantly patroled and the condo has a nightly security guard. Because we have family here we traveled throughout PR and did not spend a lot of time in the condo but did have a suggestion concerning the beds. The mattresses were extremely hard and the cott has seen better days. It has been great dealing with Jimmy. We had a great time there and it was hard to leave Puerto Rico.

I have to admit I had many reservations about renting a condo online, but getting a hotel with 2 bedrooms was extremly expensive since we had friends coming in from Cali to meet us there. This was the best thing I could have ever done. The owner was so extremly nice & honest and we all felt at home. This place was so clean and well kept. We where able to walk outside right onto the beach which I have to say was also great. They also provided us with beach chairs, towels and so many others (to much to list) that I thought only a hotel would provide. Overall this was the best experience I have had on any vacation so far.

Home Away From HOME!!

I rented the apto. for my daughter,her husband and her inlaws from St.Louis and Croatia repectively.It was the best way we could start the New Year off. The whole arrangement was easy and well organized. The apt.was CLEAN ,neat,well equipped and safe.Great location. No one wanted to leave. It was very nice to receive a welcome phone call from the owner.Only problem we had was trying to buy it from the owner. ha! ha!
