Description of the San Juan vacation condo rental

One bedroom condo. It has a full bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, fridge, stove/oven), AC and ceiling fans. The complex has a pool and coin-op laundry facilities.

Area Information

The condo is ideally located in El Condado, San Juan 's main tourist area. It is across the street from the beach, major hotels and the San Juan Convention Center; 5 miles form the airport and 3 miles from historic Old San Juan where you find excellent shopping, restaurants, museums and stunning views of the Old City, the San Juan Bay and other amenities. It is within walking distances to boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Cartier and Channel. There are over 25 restaurants that offer affordable menus (some are opened 24 hours). It is close to banks, medical facilities and pubs and there is a 24-hour drug store with a food mart and an Internet Café in the same block. Public transportation is readily available and is quite inexpensive and reliable; most major car rentals are also within walking distance.

a few steps from the beach

Great location - short walk to the beach. Fortunately noise from nearby bars was drowned out by the surf. View from the front window: palm tree, beach and ocean. Ohmmmm...

Location,location,location. A 75 cent bus ride to Old San Juan, sandy beach across the street and a well maintained pool. It's got it all. The building is clean ,quite and the neighbors friendly. The property has beach chairs, beach towels, full kitchen,laundry facilities and top notch security. The owner was easy to work with and helpful. A no problem rental which is my idea of a good time.
