My husband and I with two couples were looking for a place to stay during our vacation in Puerto Rico. We could have not done better. The pictures are actual pictures of the rooms. Condo was clean and furnished with everything that we needed. Enjoyed the fitness room and also the pool. Excellent location- restaurants, casinos, drug stores, the beach all within walking distance. I would recommend this condo to anyone planning a trip to Puerto Rico. Thank you, Walter.

we had a great time in our three bedroom apartment on the beach. The beach was walking distance and pool area. Security was great and very helpful. The only inconvenience was getting to the mall which took about 30 minutes and directions to the apartment but beside that the apartment was clean and spacious.

This property was exactly what we were looking for! Attended a wedding where the guests were mostly staying at La Concha Resort, but didn't need to spend the money for the pricey rooms. This apartment is directly across the street, so being part of the wedding events was never a problem. In fact, the hotel staff saw us so often that it never occurred to them that we weren't actually hotel guests! (Though the beach at La Concha is public so it doesn't really matter) The apartment itself is in a secured building, and includes a parking space, which is great since parking in Condado is virtually impossible. The master bedroom and bathroom are quite nice, while the two other bedrooms are a bit smaller, and the 2nd bathroom has a small shower. Nothing we couldn't handle though. The owner provided a full size air mattress and a twin size layaway bed so there was room for 8. The couch is also comfortable enough to sleep on. Each bedroom has an individual air conditioner that keeps rooms as cold as you want. Washer and dryer are in a utility closet, and the kitchen has everything you need. The rental company has a property manager living in the building so any problems are addressed immediately. Service was excellent. CAUTION: Do not exceed about 500 lbs in the elevator. That means no more than 3 people at a time! And less if you have luggage. We got stuck in it once due to weight, but were "rescued" after 10 minutes and a call to the property manager living upstairs.

I did not stay at this property, but another property on Ashford which I was very pleased with - the Condo Astor.
