• Other Fees: These rates are for 2 guests per unit, additional charges due apply for additional guest. Maximum capacity per unit is 4. An advance payment equal to fifty percent (50%) of the rental rate is required fifteen (15) days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. The balance of rent is due at the day of your arrival date.
