This delighful house has a large roofed terrace with large glass windows exposing a fabulous view to San Juan city and your own private spa with formal dinning area and balcony. The house is surrounded by nice garden including tropical fruits trees and native flowers. It's everything you want to get away, relax, and stay in a deluxe unit with a just like home feeling. You will truly love this place.
Area Description
This spectacular penthouse is located at the north shore residential community of Cupey Bajo surrounded by natural beauty and an unhurried pace. Only 25 minutes drive to Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. Short driving distance to some of the best beaches of the Caribbean: Luquillo Beach, Seven Seas Beach, and Ocean Park Beach. About 40 minutes from "El Yunque" (rain forest) and 45 minutes to Fajardo's ferry to Vieques and Culebra.
Do you want to visit the best casinos on the island and have a fancy dinner? Then visit the "Condado" or "Isla Verde"; minutes away and a short drive from the house.
But if you want to rest and relax, this house is perfect for that. Enjoy your own private Spa... relax after a whole day of shopping (Los Paseos,El Senorial, Montehiedra or Plaza Las Americas malls 15 minutes drive). The forest view from the house is like a dream.
Visit the historic old city, San Juan where you can visit the museums, art galleries, shops, outlet stores, see the Cathedral, the fort "El Morro", walk around stop in the cafes and see the beautiful building architecture. Just walking around is a delight.

I wanted to let you know once again how much my family enjoyed our time at your house. It was a truly great experience.
My wife has many relatives in Puerto Rico, and it was nice to visit them all, but even better to be able to have such a great, private place to go "home" to.
Next Christmas is her Grandmother's 95th birthday, she lives in Guaynabo, and most of her family in the States would like to go back next year to celebrate with her.
I am sure everyone would love to stay together on your property
