Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico, Caribbean (5mile to Beach, Casinos, Nightlife, 20 Old San Juan, Cruises)

My house is Posted in alwaysonvacation listing 395021 or (Out of the crowd) 2 hours away from San Juan La Parguera Lajas Mansion or Cabo Rojo 3/2 house.

If you are looking for space, resort style living and location, this is the perfect house for your Family Reunion, Wedding Destination, Corporate, Groups, Teams, Medical Treatments, Couples in the capital-San Juan.

4000 square feet house has 4 huge bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, 2 big family (the size of the biggest one is 22 x 30), panoramic view in the back of conservation area, parking for 5 cars, big gazebo for your family reunions, balcony, ceiling fans, air condition consoles in every bedroom, great cross ventilation, exterior jacuzzi (10 x 10), exterior BBQ, new kitchen with granite countertops and illumination system, and other nice spaces to be relax, working, enjoy, in a nice gated community with security around it 24 hours. the house come with laundry (dryer, washer FREE USE), nice stove (electric), refrigerator, water heater, entertainment center, linens, towels, kitchen things, etc.

If you need transportation we can make the arrangements to pick up at the airport for $25 per trip per group or my sister can rent her 2005 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN, 2002 Ford Windstar or a 18 passenger van.

The house is prepared to sleep from a couple of 2 to 22 people, but I'm expanding with another house in the backyard and from March sleeps up to 35 TO 40 persons or can rent this unit apart for $200 night first 8 persons and additional at $15 per person per night.

ALSO my brother have a 3bed & 2bath house in Cabo Rojo (southwest and 2 hours from San Juan, for me with the best and calm beaches) and I'm working with a beachfront house in Luquillo with apartments of 1 & 1, 2 & 1, and 3 & 1 with no air conditioner because is ocean ventilation with the rainforest view in the back.

The house has a lot of beds, 1 king, 3 queen, 1 queen sofa-bed, 2 trundle bed, 2 bunk beds, but from March 25 there's a new expansion with another house in the same lot that if a group comes in I have other 15 single beds, and easily can sleep up to 40 persons. The house have TV's in every bedroom, cable TV with one link, and it have hi-speed internet for FREE.

I accept personal checks for DEPOSIT ONLY, money orders, managers checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, travel checks and NOW you can also PAY IN CASH AS ARRIVAL to this beautiful island.

The community complete address for MAPS is: name Parque Montebello calle 1 A 19 Trujillo Alto Puerto Rico 00976 (is in San Juan but Trujillo Alto US postal service deliver the letters) on third light of 181 expressway intersection of route 876 and 846. Pretty near Fundacion Luis Munoz Marin.

US CITIZENS, SO NO PASSPORT needed in Puerto Rico. 2 gazebos in the community, basketball-volleyball court, playground, panoramic view in the backyard with sunset terrace, near main expressways.
we accept pets and also smoking outside the house.

Activities and Attractions:
All water sports at 10 minutes beach by car, horse riding, tourist places, 25 minutes to old San Juan forts, museums, local and international gastronomic restaurants, night life, huge theaters, biking, snorkeling/diving, bowling, mountain adventures, golf courses, shopping malls like Plaza Las Americas (biggest in all the Caribbean) tennis courts etc..

Vacation Rental Rates:
The rates are for three nights minimum stay, but we do exceptions for ONE night with groups that comes from the CRUISE LINES and want to know about Old San Juan and our culture too.
The normal rate is $300 the night for 8 persons (like $37 per person per night). Additional persons are $25 per person per night.
ALSO IF YOU HAVE A BUDGET LET US KNOW TO SEE WHAT I CAN DO TO SATISFY YOUR STAY.
Please inquire for rates due to changes of seasons, holidays, groups or we can quote a package if the house is VACANT.
$150 one time administrative/cleaning fee of this huge house.
