Description of the San Juan vacation villa rental
Villa Oceania is a completely renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house 2 short blocks from the Ocean Park beach. It is 5 minutes from Isla Verde's main strip with all the hotels. It just underwent a complete renovation completed in January of 2008 and most everything inside is brand new including the floors, kitchen, exterior and interior design, lighting, furniture, bathrooms, etc.
There are 3 bedrooms in total in the main house and 2 complete bathrooms. There is an additional unit in the back consisting of one room with an attached full bathroom that can be rented out as well. If you want to live in a modern home with stunning design close to the beach and 5 minutes from the major hotels in Isla Verde and Condado, then this is perfect for you. Some features of the home include recessed lighting, designer furniture, modern architecture, lush landscaping, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, marble master bath with a rainshower, and much more...a real designer's paradise! My husband and I just got back from our trip on the island. We looked at many properties to rent out for the week and found this property to be exactly what we were looking for. This trip was for six friends and all of which have never been to Puerto Rico.
It was easy to find, in a great location, and blocks away from the beach! The villa was immaculant and master bathroom was luxurious. They provided beach towels and lawn chairs as well as plates, cups, everything to make our stay more like home and less like a hotel. The best part of our trip were the breakfast that we were able to cook ourselves and share together.
Taxis were easy to come by and not far from the other sightseeing locations. The ocean park beach was not exactly the best beach and the villa was hard to find out how to get out of the gated community and around the park but once you figured it out it was easy to get around.
Nazli, the owner, was excellent. She was professional with easy communication and had printed out a great guide with taxi, restaurant, and sightseeing information. We would definitely rent this house again in the event of our return. Thank you for an excellent stay!

We felt very private and secure and just a short ride by car or taxi to the airport, shopping, restaurants and the local San Juan tourist attractions.
We're not sure when our travels will get us back to San Juan but the Villa will be the place we would check out first for availability. Our host Nazli was very gracious in seeing that we were properly oriented to enjoy all of the features of the Villa."
