Part of a new and gated community our San Juan vacation rental apartment commands panoramic views of the turquoise ocean waters and offers impressive amenities for your pleasure. This apartment also has exciting leisure and outdoor sporting avenues including golf in the close vicinity.

Our 3 bedroom apartment rental in San Juan can comfortably lodge up to 10 guests. It features two queen-size bed, a double bed, bunk beds and a double futon. There is a BIG 50 inch LCD TV in living room and in master room with 2 satellite boxes. The two and a half bathrooms are outfitted with contemporary facilities for your convenience. Complete with a full kitchen and a private gas barbecue grill, this apartment will fulfill all of your culinary desires.

This San Juan, Puerto Rico vacation rental features a family room and a living room with a flat screen TV and a DVD player in each room. The terrace provides ample space for sunbathing or hosting outdoor parties. The development has a local pool with Jacuzzi and gazebo. Also, there is a lazy river, water park, tennis, basketball and beach volleyball courts and a mini-golf course.

when we arrived at the penthouse I was very pleased!! it was better than described. I have to be honest I was a little worried before we got there. The grounds are well kept, the beach is small but private, and the penthouse was wonderful. We had a great time. would love to go again!! Thanks Hector!!
