Access to a City park and bike trail. Public tennis & golf courses nearby. Close proximity to public beach with BBQ's, etc. (10 miles to Avila Bay Beach)

Available half of end of May, June, July, and first two weeks in August. Prefer two-week booking, negotiable.

San Luis Obispo is approximately 250/300 miles from San Francisco and Los Angeles making it a perfect "base" for exploring Southern and Northern California. 45 minutes by car to Hearst Castle, 14 Miles to Morro Bay, 10 miles to Avila Beach. An abundance of bike paths, hiking trails and open space.
There are weekly Farmers' Markets throughout the area. If you have not been to the Central Coast of California, you are in for a treat. The weather is mostly in the mid 70's during the day and 50's in the evenings.

There is an abundance of activities and clubs in the area that welcome out of town guests.
