It is one of eight custom homes on a private gated ranch. The attention details of the property make your visit a truly unique experience. Spend time 'camping' in the tree house with bunks tucked around tree limbs, while a fireplace lights the night. Hang out in the rock room which has its own wood burning fireplace, seating area and a bath with a rock waterfall shower. Kids and adults alike can enjoy a game of pool, ping pong, foosball or basketball. Relax by the pool by day and roast marshmallows at night. Outdoor movies can be enjoyed with an additional deposit for the projector. Relax indoors in the family area while sipping a glass of wine and watching the tropical fish swim around the coral garden in the built in aquarium. Or simply unwind with a soak in one of the luxurious tubs.

This property backs up against hundreds of acres of open space. Where owls and hawks can be seen nesting nearby. Many small wild birds visit the patio feeders and fill the day with cheerful songs. Begin your day with breakfast on one of the scenic patios followed by a beautiful hike on one of many trails by just stepping out the back door. Horseback riding can be arranged.

If you decide to venture away from the house, you can enjoy a variety of activities including touring one of the many wineries, shopping downtown, biking and hiking trails, kayaking in Morro Bay, deep sea fishing, scenic biplane flights, picnics at the beach, surfing, boogie boarding and beach bon fires. Just a short drive north you can see Elephant Seals, Coast Redwoods of Big Sur and Hearst Castle. Evening activities can begin with a lovely dinner at one of the many fine eating establishments downtown. There are several local movie theaters and many bars have live music Thursday - Saturdays. Day trips to Santa Barbara and Monterey Bay can make great excursions.
