American owned and fully remodeled. Long term rentals only.
This property is an outstanding investment and would make an excellent retirement home. Walk to all shops and services.Every shop delivers. Can come with part time maid and gardner, nanny or pet sitter at $15.00 per day, each. Georgeous weather year round. TWO hours to San Miguel de Allende, Zacatecas, Guanajuato and the waterfalls of the Huasteca.
Fully gated with parking for 3 cars. Landscaping and tropical plants among the two outdoor patios with fountains. Back of property has a maids quarters, laundry room and two large storage rooms.
San Luis is a cosmotolitan Colonial city with near perfect weather-it is also not a tourist distination so prices are low compared to other cities. S.L.P. is accessible to all locations. The beach is 8 hours away.
San Luis has the finest hospitals, doctors and medical care. Medical tourism is thriving due to the bi lingual and highly (American or European) trained physicians in the city. Well behaved pets are welcome on this property.
SLP is 1.5 hrs by plane from Dallas or 1 hour from Houston. Lovely and safe highway Drive from the Laredo, Texas border is 8 hours. It is located in the center of the country and is accessible to many popular but more expensive tourist destinations. City transportation is excellent. $2.00 USD by taxi to almost any inner city destination.Easy and safe city to walk. All necessary shops provide everything you need or they deliver.

One advantage to this property is that it is centraly located in a safe and friendly neighborhood. You can walk to every service. Outdoor market, grocery store, movie rental, butcher, hardware store, florist, fruit and vegetable shop, schools, etc. Col. Tequisquipan is an older ore established area that is authentic Mexico. There are many new developments on the outskirts of the city that are like living in the U.S.A. Gated and without personality.

- Required Stay: One month
- Deposits: One month stay requires a $1000.00 USD damage deposit. Telephone deposit is $200.00 USD.
Special arrangements can be made for shorter stay at a higher rate. A lower monthly rate can be arranged if it is a 6 month or 1 year lease. Tenant will be responsible for utilities for a longer term lease.
- Other Fees: $30.00 airport pick up and or return fee. Housekeeper, maid, nanny, driver or petsitter paid by tennant. Wireless internet and cable: $100.00 per month
