Description of the San Marcos vacation home rental
Our home is a 3000 sq ft contemporary house located on an acre plus hillside with spectacular views. There are more than 500 sq ft of decking and very private pool and spa. Lots of lush tropical landscaping, and an outdoor shower.
The master bedroom suite has a King size bed and ensuite bath with walk in shower. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed and separate bath. Both bedrooms are located on the first floor along with the laundry room.
Upstairs is a large office with high speed internet, printers, fax etc. Large great room comprises a family/sitting area and fireplace, dining and living room. A completely remodeled gourmet kitchen with stainless steel built in appliances is fully equiped for all your culinary needs. A gas island Bar B Q and out door dining room is on the deck right outside the kitchen.
There is also a media room with a 50" HDTV and surround sound system, DVR, DVD, VCR. There are TV's in every room including the master bath and the kitchen. Decorated in a contemporary style with plenty of fine art.
Area Description
San Marcos is in North County San Diego and our home is located 5 min. from the 15 and the 78 freeways. The area has the best weather in the country and is truly a golfers paradise. There are no less than 15 golf courses within a 20 min drive and one is less than 5 minutes away. Public and reasonable.
You can be at the beach in 20 min and downtown in 30. You can head north to the wine country and Palm Springs or east to the Wild Animal Park, South to Mexico and West to LA.
