Description of the San Miguel de Allende vacation home rental

This new Mexican Modern-style home is tranquil, elegantly furnished and best of all, located in the historic center of San Miguel De Allende. The spaces flow with ease with high ceiling, stone floors, stunning skylights and artistic ironworks and columns. This home is a sanctuary to relax and unwind, you will feel your stress melt away the moment you arrive.

The layout is ideal for visiting families and friends, with 2 master suites with queen beds plus an extra guest room with full size bed, all with bathrooms each. The entire home is flooded with light throughout the day and serviced by an ultra violet water purification system.

The three levels of rooftop terrace offers amazing expansive views. No need for car, just walk to shops, bakery, restaurants, galleries, banks and just 3 blocks from the main square.

If you require an extra bedroom, we have a separate casita with its own entrance, full size bed, large closets, desk and west facing balcony overlooking the street. May be rented and occasionally used by owner.

Area Description

San Miguel de Allende is a colonial town in mexico over 450 years old. It has a Film Festival in July and a Jazz Festival in November. September is the month of Mexican Independence Day (Sept 15th) and San Miguel Alborada.

We were all really impressed with the Casa! We had a great time there! I would stay there again and I will definitely recommend it to any friends who want to go down and enjoy real colonial Mexico. The space in the courtyard was perfect for enjoying the outside with inside privacy. The location is fabulous, it was very comfortable and the layout was great for 3 couples. We enjoyed the casa very much and it was a place of calm in the midst of the crazy San Miguel Semana Santa activities. We would typically spend late afternoons on the roof taking in the sun and wonderful 360 degree views of San Miguel. Patricia cooked us a very good traditional Mexican meal that we were able to stretch into two dinners and a light lunch. The location of the casa was great and it was fun to be so close to the centro.
