Newer, spacious, light&bright one story home (ca. 2500 sq. feet) with large gardens, outdoor sitting and BBQ-areas, focuses on relaxation and cozy wellbeing. Situated in the quiet, established and upscale Los Frailes area it is only 10 minutes by public transportation (or very affordable taxi) to the historic center of San Miguel de Allende. Bus stop at the entrance to the community, 4 blocks. Large MEGA Super-Mercado with great assortment of fresh fruit, veggies, cheeses, meat department, deli, and fresh fish, walking distance.
House has off street-parking and great amenities, complete kitchen including dishwasher. Internet and Satellite/Cable TV. Living room with fire-place; separate dining room, TV-room, breakfast room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms; bright, sunny and very well decorated, cozy place to relax. Beds in all bedrooms can be made as King Beds.
