All rooms have overhead fans, plus air conditioning. Units are fully furnished with Full kitchen, including full size refrigerator/freezer, full size stove/oven, microwave, wine cooler, toaster, cooking utensils, coffeemaker, linens, walk in closets, private washer/dryer just outside unit in hallway. Located in just north of the bridge, a 15 minute walk to San Pedro town. Second floor oceanview one bedroom/one bath unit has WiFi inside unit (additional charge for use) cell phone for guest use, 2 beach cruiser bikes, Queen size bed plus another queen size Aero bed to use in living room area, TV's in both living room and bedroom. Second floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has partial ocean view, first floor lagoon view condo located over the water. free WiFi by the pool for all guests, bar and restaurant on site, full market across the street, so come and RELAX!!! Fly or Ferry to Ambergris Caye/San Pedro town from Belize City or Corozal. Ambergris Caye is a set of islands just off the coast of Belize. World class diving, snorkeling, fishing, or just relax in the sun! Belize is on the second largest reef in the world, home to the beautiful Blue Hole and some of the warmest and clearest water on earth. on the mainland there are Caves, jaguar preserve, zip line tours, Belize is a great place to relax, explore and indulge! Take a ferry over to Honduras for another adventure. Guatemala and Mexico are just next door from Mainland Belize. Belize has the friendliest people on earth.

Reef Village condo

We spent a month in this condo, and found it to be perfect for our needs.Lots of space inside, big kitchen with an island and bar stools, large dining table and and a large living room. 3 sets of sliding glass doors let in lots of light and there is a full width balcony outside , The view is over a road and a vacant lot to the Caribbean, but we enjoyed the activity and being able to watch the light on the water. To be on the beach, you'd be paying double the price, so this is a good compromise. Their is a nice bar & restaurant on premises, though restaurant isn't open every night. Large pool is a great asset, but pump was just being replaced , so it wasn't working while we were there. Security is very good there . 24/7 . Pam, the owner, was very easy to deal with and is very organized and helpful.

This was a last minute choice for us and it turned out great. The price was very reasonable and the view of the lagoon was just beautiful. Everyone who worked at the condos was so nice. Omar kept us company every morning and evening as we got caught up on our email at the bar. Carla, who lived across the way, was very helpful with getting us a golf cart and keeping us entertained with her stories. My husband made many new friends with the security staff. The road was usually washed out, but it is rainy season and that was part of the "adventure". We got a few bug bites but that was to be expected, too. The pool was closed and there seemed to be no urgency to fix it, but we didn't come to use the pool so that wasn't an issue for us. I really have no complaints at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Reef Village great, pick condo w/manager on site

There is not a rental office for this particular condo “on site” at Reef Village. The office is located downtown. When we arrived, no one seemed to know we were coming. The person who was to let us in didn’t have the key, so we had to wait a couple hours for someone to bring the key from the downtown office. The amenities weren’t there as advertised. No stereo or DVD player when we got there. The stereo had been one of the main selling point for me, so I was very disappointed that we were without music. Although a DVD player did show up on day 5 of our 8 day vacation, we were counting on the stereo and had no DVD’s. We had been promised the use of 2 bikes at no charge. Every day for 4 days, the rental manager for this condo (Brittany) told us the bikes were coming, but they never materialized. I finally e-mailed her manager, and on day 5, we were given the go-ahead to rent bikes and promised that we would be reimbursed. We would have rented bikes on day 1 if we had known the rental manager was just telling us what we wanted to hear, with no plan of getting them for us. When it came time to reimburse us for the bikes, the rental manager for this condo would not reimburse us for the full amount. She reimbursed only $60BZ because she insisted we had paid in Belizean money rather than $60US. I knew we paid $60(US), and I was finally able to get a copy of the price list showing we had paid in US dollars which I forwarded to the rental manager. When I didn’t get a response from her, I again contacted her manager (Ken) who was great, and he says he will be sending me a check for the balance. Overall, Reef Village is a great place. The condos all look to be really nice. There are other condos there managed by a rental manager (David) who is located on site. He was a big help to us even though he didn’t manage the condo we were in. He was great. The pool is awesome, and located right next to the tiki bar which is great and the bartender plays great music. We loved it. Reef Village is located not far from the main part of town, although you need to cross the bridge which charges cabs $5 to cross it. All in all, we enjoyed San Pedro VERY MUCH, and would love to go back. We would definitely consider staying in Reef Village again in one of the condos that are managed by the rental manager (David) that is located on site, but we wouldn’t stay in any of the condos managed by the rental manager we had (Britt

was a nice room, very quiet, could have used a few more larger pans fo cooking but other than that i was a nice stay, If you want to go into town then you have to cross a bridge and the toll is $5 Belize for crossing, got my room key stolen after i left it in the door for 5 minutes also

We had a great time in San Pedro and we felt that the condo was a perfect distance from town. There is some building going on so you hear a bit of traffic in the morning from the construction but it never bothered us. It is actually nice having your coffee and watching everyone going about their day...with a smile I might add...The condo was very nice, great furnishings, you feel at home here..the staff at the restaurant and bar were very nice and welcoming...Other condo owners we met were also very friendly to us and security was good... All in all we had a wonderful time at this condo...the only advice we can give is to rent a golf cart as soon as you get to town so you can find your own way around and to and from the condo..then you don't have to rely on anyone picking you up etc.. we rented one the whole stay and have no regrets...hard to ride a bicycle after a few belikins..heehee Also is cheaper to buy a month pass if staying more then 2 wks P.S. the owner was great to deal with
