Description of the San Pedro vacation condo rental

Recently built, new unit on Ambergris Caye off the coast of Belize. OCeanfront second floor one bedroom, one bath unit, enjoy a full ocean view and breezes. Large outside deck with comfortable chairs. WiFi DSL internet, phone line in unit, additional cell phone for use, also free WiFi DSL by the pool. Queen size bed plus another queen size Aero bed to use in living room area. TV's in both living room and bedroom. Three large overhead fans in living room/dining room/kitchen area, one large overhead fan in bedroom, plus efficient but thankfully QUIET air conditioning. Unit is fully furnished with new furniture in a great location, just north of the bridge, a 15 minute walk to San Pedro town. Full kitchen, including stove/oven, microwave, wine cooler, toaster, cooking utensils, coffeemaker, private washer/dryer just outside unit in hallway - just bring yourself, your swimsuit and beach towels!! Pool, bar, gourmet restaurant on site, so come and RELAX!!! Fly or Ferry to Ambergris Caye/San Pedro town from Belize City or Corozal. Rates based on two persons in unit, additional fees for additional persons, well behaved pets OK (additional security deposit required)

Unit recently built, in great shape. Condo is located in San Pedro town on Ambergris Caye, a set of islands just off the coast of Belize. World class diving, snorkeling, fishing, or just relax in the sun! Belize is on the second largest reef in the world, home to the beautiful Blue Hole and some of the warmest and clearest water on earth. on the mainland there are Caves, jaguar preserve, ancient ruins - Belize is a great place to relax, explore and indulge! walking distance to all San Pedro town restaurants, shops, dive outfits, fishing, boating. Take a ferry over to Honduras for another adventure. Guatemala and Mexico are just next door from Mainland Belize. Belize has the friendliest people on earth. No cars are allowed on our island, so come prepared to use a golf cart, bike, boat or your feet.
ATTRACTIONS: Restaurants, caribbean Ocean, great Diving and Boating - you can bring your own dive gear, or rent, but best to bring your own snorkel and fins. Bike and golf cart rentals available in town, as are fishing charters.

On mainland Belize there are eco-tours, tubing in caves, zip line canopy tree tours, ancient Mayan ruins, jaguar reserve, all available by tour through the office at the condo. Belize has the longest reef in N. America, it is a diver's dream! There is a long oceanfront bike/walking path just north of the condo, two bikes supplied, more bike rentals in town. No cars allowed on the island, just golf carts, which can be rented in town.

• Deposits: 50% deposit required to hold dates, balance due 14 days prior to check in. Security deposit required - no damages = no charges.
   
• Other Fees: $20 cleaning fee also required which is included in your total. There is a small fee for paypal processing which will be added to your total. You can pay via paypal with a credit card. If you choose to do a direct bank deposit, your deposit receipt and canceled check is your proof of payment, payments accepted at Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Washington Mutual in the USA. All foreign bookings must be made via Paypal. No cashier's checks or money orders, please.

We had a great time in San Pedro and we felt that the condo was a perfect distance from town. There is some building going on so you hear a bit of traffic in the morning from the construction but it never bothered us. It is actually nice having your coffee and watching everyone going about their day...with a smile I might add...The condo was very nice, great furnishings, you feel at home here..the staff at the restaurant and bar were very nice and welcoming...Other condo owners we met were also very friendly to us and security was good... All in all we had a wonderful time at this condo...the only advice we can give is to rent a golf cart as soon as you get to town so you can find your own way around and to and from the condo..then you don't have to rely on anyone picking you up etc.. we rented one the whole stay and have no regrets...hard to ride a bicycle after a few belikins..heehee Also is cheaper to buy a month pass if staying more then 2 wks P.S. the owner was great to deal with
