Description of the San Pedro vacation cottage rental

The Island Cottage is an ocean view one bedroom, one bathroom home with comfortable accommodations for two adults and one child. The large fenced yard is only 100 feet, or one lot back, from the beach. The 250' long pier and beach area are perfect for spending lazy days on the Caribbean Sea.

The air-conditioned bedroom has an inviting queen size bed topped with quality linens, feather pillows and duvet. An armoire and dresser provide plenty of space for storing personal belongings. French doors lead out to the large sun-drenched deck.

The main room features a well equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable living area with sofabed. The room has air conditioning but you may prefer to open the large windows that line the front of the house and let in the gentle Caribbean breeze.

Roughly 3.5 miles south of San Pedro Town, The Island Cottage is in a peacefull residential community. Road traffic is at a minimum and beach traffic does not exist, making for a quiet and relaxing getaway!

There is good road access year round. The nearest grocery store and restaurant are roughly 1 mile up the road.

The Island Cottage was all that we hoped it would be. Newer accomodations with all the comforts of home including quality linens, cold a/c, well equipped kitchen, and hot showers. Lots of windows and close access to pier & beach. Pretty far from town though at 3.5 miles; golf cart is a must. Highly recommend for a quiet retreat away from town.
