Description of the San Pedro vacation home rental

Welcome to the Iguana House. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home was completely remodeled in 2007 and 2008. In 2009 we completed the remodel with added comforts to make this houes a home. We are excited to add the following to our list of amenities and believe that our home is ideal for any small group or family gathering

The Iguana House is located 4 miles north of San Pedro Town. A 5 minute walk will take you to the island's major resorts and services including a grocery store, golf cart rentals and bike rentals, yet our spot is quiet enough to enjoy the island as if you are the only here. The north side of the island still enjoys lush and tropical beauty.
Other favorite things nearby:
-Mexico Rocks and Hol Chan reserve (both amazing snorkeling sites)
-Kayaking to the coral heads and crystal clear waters located right out front of house
-Fly-fishing flats located 100 yards from house
-Reputable deep sea fishing guide located 800 feet from house.

This house easily fit my family of 6 adults and one toddler. Beautiful setting, plenty of extras! Any tours we booked were picked up right here or very near by. The management team was very helpful and the grocery just a bike away had everything we needed. We most definately recommend Iguana House.
