Large House on the beach, amazing views!

I’ve always loved a house that has a story.
Imagine a man who so loved his house that he moved it from the mainland to the island; in spite of its sinking twice and pieces of it floating around the reef, it was reassembled in its present location. It changed hands a few times and, finally, was renovated by an American designer/builder. Amidst stories and legends, we bought the house a few years ago.
We’re so happy to offer you a stay at this wonderful house a few feet from the sea, private, yet, not remote. It’s still astonishing to open the front door in the morning. It’s the same sea, but every morning it’s different.
You’ll find the house comfortable enough. It’s three baths and three bedrooms, it has a fully equipped kitchen, generous public spaces, both inside and out. It’s been beautifully restored.
We have a grill. There are kayaks you can use to explore the reef. And we have bikes you can use to bike along the beach. The town is about 4 ½ miles South. It’s a great early morning walk along the beach. If you prefer to take the Coastal Express to town, it runs every hour or so and it’s about a three minute walk from the house.
Walking south, you come to our favorite neighborhood restaurant, the RENDEZVOUS. Beyond that, Belizean Shores and Captain Morgan’s, the Capricorn . If you head up North, you have the Rojo Lounge, Mata Chica, Porto Fino. You’re in a great neighborhood. But it may not look like that when you get here. That’s why we’ll be here to help you out while you get oriented.
Whether you like diving, fishing, or snorkeling, you’ll find easy access to all these activities. We’re certain you will have a wonderful Caribbean vacation.

Nicky Iguana House

The Iguana House is located 4 miles north of San Pedro Town. A 5 minute walk will take you to the island's major resorts and services including a grocery store, golf cart rentals, yet our spot is quiet enough to enjoy the island as if you are the only here. The north side of the island still enjoys lush and tropical beauty.
Other favorite things nearby:
-Mexico Rocks and Hol Chan reserve (both amazing snorkeling sites)
-Kayaking to the coral heads and crystal clear waters located right out front of house
-Fly-fishing flats located 100 yards from house
-Reputable deep sea fishing guide located 800 feet from house.
