Welcome to our newly remodeled home away from home.

Just 5.2 miles north in the Playa Blanca area of Ambergris Caye. Includes 90 feet of white sand beach on the Caribbean Sea. Just a 15 minute kayak ride out to the second largest in the world reef.

There are several piers up and down the beach for fishing. Set in a quiet neighborhood only steps from the Caribbean, a great place for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

This is a home with all the comforts including an all new chef’s kitchen with stainless steal appliances. All new bathrooms, with walk-in showers. All new furniture with high quality beds, along with a queen hide-a-bed. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned along with queen beds. Just open your doors from the bedrooms right out to the Caribbean.

Upstairs you will get the awesome breeze. Everyday sit out on the 1000 square foot veranda that will give you the views of both the Caribbean and the lagoon. You will be able to see miles of the lush vegetation on the island.

Just a few minutes walk on the beach are full service resorts where you can enjoy a wonderful meal or have that great massage. You can rent a kayak for that trip out to the reef for snorkeling. Our managers can also help with bicycle rentals or that great zip-lining, zoo, or cave tubing adventure.

Upon arrival you will be met at the San Pedro airstrip. Then you and your party will be transported, by boat, to Casa de Stepp. There you will enjoy the beautiful Caribbean life in your own private home fully furnished.

Take your coffee or rum punch on the private veranda and watch the sunrise or sunset. You can BBQ your fresh catch (lobster or snapper), this is a great way to end the day.

You can stay connected to all of your family at home (or work), by the wireless high speed internet. Bring the laptop and you are in. Along with satellite TV, there is a DVD player for your favorite movies.

Our manager can set you up with the best tours, diving/snorkeling, fishing, golf cart rentals and anything else you may desire.

Casa de Stepp is within walking distance of the island’s top restaurants for the days that you do not want to cook.
