Vacation Rental Description
Each one-bedroom villa is fully equipped and sleeps 2-4 people. (Two of the people would be on a double-size sofa bed in the living room.) The regular rate during high season is $285 a night for the one-bedroom villa. (I got the reservations through time-share exchange, and can't use them.) My price of $300 for a full 7 days is a real bargain.

Costa Maya Reef Resort is an Interval International Five Star resort. See the resort's Website for full information. The apartments are fully equipped, with a kitchen and stovetop for cooking, and the resort has a restaurant, pool, dive shop, and is right in kayaking distance of a beautiful reef. The resort is fairly isolated, about 6 miles out of town, but with ferry service to San Pedro and a free shuttle 2x a week when you need groceries.
