within walking distance from San Pedro.

property beach equipped with lounge chairs and a hammack.
Shallow waters and dock access facilitate all kind of activities,
snorkeling and diving. Our location is just minutes away from a tour
operation offering all activities: adventure tours, diving,
snorkeling, sightseeing and BBQ trips by boat and many
activities.

We are located on Ambergris Caye, Belize, just 2 miles South of San
Pedro in a tranquil residential neighborhood.

A grocery store with take out BBQ is located just a few walking
minutes away. There is hardly any foot traffic on the beach or on our
quite side road.

This is a terrific place with everything you need for a relaxing break in a gorgeous location. Wolfgang, the owner, and his handyman Nelson are completely helpful without ever being intrusive. Suya Tours, right next door, can meet any need you have for water-based activities or inland tours. Imagine the best-run place you could stay while still getting away from it all, and this is it.

We stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed every minute of it. The owner Wolfgsng is a wealth of information and very accomadating, the grounds and casita are very clean, we had everything we needed and then some. the beach is clean and the dock is wonderful. there is security that makes the rounds on a regular basis, although, it is a very safe area. We are very glad we went this this way instead of staying in the middle of town in a hotel or resort. We thouroughly enjoyed our days here. We will go again someday soon.

We selected this site because we like to be on our own to sight-see, fish,shop,cook,etc.We get tired of eating in restaurants, especially when fresh fruit, vegatables and seafood are so readily available. If you're looking for someplace to lay around and watch the kids splash about in a pool while someone brings you fancy drinks,or a party-spot to enjoy the island nightlife, this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for peace & quiet and are willing to venture out a bit for groceries, etc., you'll likely be very pleased.Bike rental is suggested. The owner and Grounds Mgr./Asst. live on site and are most accomadating. Grounds Mgr. Nelson is a very polite young man who knows the island well and can refer you to the best local "real food" He was happy to cut fresh coconuts for my wife regularily(grown on the property). There is even a small banana tree growing by the back patio door. A small, home-made charcoal grill is available and works great. No complaints - Just Go!!
