Description of the San Pedro vacation villa rental

View the Blue is an understatement for the view of the caribbean and barrier reef, that you will experience from this beachfront home.

This great 2 story home is located jsut 3-1/2 miles south of San Pedro. The upper level sleeps 4 people. It offers two bedrooms with queen size beds, two baths and a large open dining and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a great meal. The dining area is roomy and can comfortably seat 6. Enjoy the cool sea breeze and the view from the full length veranda overlooking the fresh water pool and crystal blue Caribbean.

The lower level offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a queen size bed in the main bedroom and two twin beds that can be converted to a comfortable king in the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at the dining table or outside on the poolside patio. An additional room on the lower level has two twin beds and large bathroom.

A great place to enjoy a dip in the fresh water pool and then relax in a hammock on the veranda, between two palm trees on the beach or at the end of the pier under the palapa in the cool Caribbean breeze.

great location

This house was very comfortable with a pool (too cold to swim in) and pier. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. Would recommend larger cooking pots as the house can accomodate 10-12 people. The house is 3.5 miles south of San Pedro and you definitely need a golf cart. We would stay closer to town if you are planning to go out to dinner every night. Ana and Erik were very responsive. Overall, a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at View the Blue. The house is great. The location is fantastic. We had some plumbing issues which were quickly addressed by the Eric and Ana. We would definitely return to View the Blue. We did smell the smoke from the local dumpt when they were burning trash. Not sure how often that is done. Usually the breeze keeps the house up wind. The house is very convenient for visits to Hol Chan.
