Master Suite is located on the 2nd floor and encompasses the entire floor with 800sq ft and private beachfront deck and lagoon views. This comfortable 3bd/2bath beachfront villa offers all the amenities of a resort except you don't share any common areas or grounds. A private pool, wireless internet, 2 kayaks, on-site caretaker, management company to pick you up from town, maid service, full kitchen and cable t.v. are just a few amenities included in this house.

Area Information

Located 5.75 miles north of San Pedro Town, Tropical Escape is surrounded by luxury villas and small boutique resorts. Portofino, Mata Chica & Rojo Lounge offer great cuisine and are within walking distance. Mata Grande Grocery is a 10 minute walk which also offers delivery service.
Enjoy the complimentary kayaks and explore the reef on your own, walk to Mexico Rocks or simply take a leisure stroll while enjoying everything that the island has to offer without feeling overcrowded.
Also located nearby are great fishing flats for bonefishing, baracuda, or even a permit.
