Description of the San Tan Valley vacation home rental

Come and enjoy our 1800 sq foot home. It boasts new furnishings in every room, 3 queen size beds , the study has a day bed and there is complementary long distance to USA and Canada, high speed internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. This home is completely furnished with all dishes, linens you only need your clothes, toiletries and groceries. Enjoy morning coffee, lunch, happy hour or a sumptuous evening meal under the covered backyard patio with BBQ, or simply relax on the patio furniture and enjoy. You will be within walking distance of one of the three community pools, and several of the many community parks and playgrounds. There are three bicycles provided, with locks and helmet. Tennis rackets are also provided. There is also a set of golf clubs available.

There is lots of room to entertain or have friends come to visit or simply relax and wathc your favorite movie on the 42" plasma TV. You can enjoy the big city with all of its amenities, entertainment, and activities and yet are close to great hiking and the great outdoors.

We have deap discounts for anyone wishing to rent our home for 4, 5 or 5 3/4 monthes from November through April. Contact us for details.

If April, November or December are the times you would like to visit our home is available for $1800/month or $500/week.

From May 1 to Sept 30, you can rent our home for $1,000/month (US) plus utilities plus a $100 cleaning fee. The renter will be responsible for their own telephone and internet service. We will rent our home by the week for May and September and only by the month for June, July, & August.

While our home sleeps 7, there is an additional charge per night when the occupancy exceeds 4 people.

Area Information

Johnson Ranch is just south of Mesa and Apache Junction in San Tan Valley. If golf is your game, besides the Johnson Ranch Golf course, there are courses only minutes away in any direction, use the high speed internet to access great savings (deals) in fees. If you enjoy hiking, the San Tan Mountains flow down into the northern edge of Johnson Ranch and the Superstition Mountains are 20 minutes to the north. Enjoy fishing, there is a catch and release pond in Johnson Ranch for your enjoyment. If you are not familiar with the greater Phoenix area, then you should know that it is a major metropolitan area and with that comes professional sports, great entertainment and great shopping. The Superstition Mall is less than 30 minutes away and there are many smaller malls within 10-15 minutes of our home. Off season rates start at $1,000/ month plus utilities or $500/week plus a $100 cleaning charge at the end of your stay.

The local mall has a Fry's Grocery Store, banks, restaurants, medical offices, pharmacy, dry cleaners, etc. We are surrounded by golf courses, Queen Creek Mall is 10 minutes away, Supersition Mall and San Tan Village Malls are 20 minutes away. The club house has music and dancing several nights a week and there is dancing at a variety of locations which are less than 30 minutes away

Excellent Property and Excellent owners

I rented this property for 4 months this last winter. Dec 2012 to April 2013. The property is clean, well furnished, and an excellent property for quests or a for 3 couples. I enjoyed my stay and was very sad to leave. It has a nice deck area and back yard. It comes with internet, a printer, US cable and Shaw cable which is great for Canadians that want to watch the Jr. Hockey at Christmas. Exremely comfortable, in fact some of my quests were overwhelmed at how nice it was. The owners are very nice people and introduced me to their friends and some of the ammenities in the area. Some of there friends became my friends. Johnson Ranch golf course has a mixer on Wendesdays which was an excellent way to meet people and find golfing friends as well as some social activity. There are musicians in the area if you play and like to jam. You can also purchase a membership for the driving range at Johson Ranch Golf Course for just over 200 dollars for the year and hit as many balls as you like to keep your game ready for your return to your summer home. You can also book a table Mondays and Fridays and dance to some great bands as well as meet other couples and singles.

We had a great first visit to Arizona staying at this comfortable house in Johnson Ranch. The house was well furnished and very private for two couples. We particularly enjoyed ready access to the pool, golf course (and club house) and bicycles, where you could take long rides with little traffic; and ready access to the dessert and parks including Casa Grande Ruins, Boyce Thompson Arboretum and Lost Gold Mine trail. The shopping wasn’t bad either!

Girls getaway on Gold Dust Way

Four ladies enjoyed a week in Arizona and were fortunate enough to find this beautiful home and wonderful owners. The home is spacious and tastefully decorated, the open concept living area made it great for visiting yet we had our own rooms to escape to. The convenience of having a garage to park in as well as bicycles to ride and explore was a bonus. Looking forward to coming back.
