Features of this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom golf course home with PRIVATE POOL on the 6th fairway include central air and heat, 6 appliances; eat in kitchen and breakfast bar. Vaulted ceiling in formal dining room and living room with cozy fireplace. King size master suite with large ensuite and huge walk-in closet. Second bedroom features a queen size bed and walk-in closet. Family room with LCD HD TV, DVD blu-ray and integrated surround sound system on a single, easy to use, one button intelli-remote. The third bedroom offers an extra long double sofa bed with walk-in closet and doubles as an office with corner desk, high speed internet connection and Wi-Fi!. And if that’s not enough, there’s also an upstairs loft complete with sofa and a second LCD HD TV/DVD. The yard is beautifully landscaped with a great west facing back yard. After your day enjoying the sun bathed deck floating in the pool chairs or swimming in the heated pool, you can throw some steaks on the barbee and eat on the shaded, outdoor patio.

This property is not really a rental property but someones home. It is furnished with all the things that one would have in their own home. The home is extremely comfortable and gives one the feeling of luxury. The owner has put a lot of though into making her home a pleasant stay for it's tenants. The yard is gorgeous along with a pool and everything to make outdoor living a treat. The home is located in a very quiet area and close to all the shopping and entertainment one would require.

Fantastic Vacation Rental

My family recently stayed for a month in this home while we were in Phoenix looking to buy a home for ourselves. We had originally looked at staying in a hotel, but for us, a vacation rental seemed the better way to go. My wife was the actual one who found this property online, and I am so glad she did. This house has everything you need to be comfortable, including a private fenced-off pool (which was a big thing because we have 2 small children) and a fantastic view of the golf course. The house was in immaculate condition the community it is in felt so safe. I even found that the drive into Phoenix wasn't as far as I thought it would be, and we liked how quiet the nights were. We loved this house and community so much, we decided to purchase a house here as well. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone, It is by far the best vacation property around! If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy a holiday, then look no further! This truly is your home away from home.

Excellent rental property

Nothing lacking with this home. Nicely furnished home and great yard. Wifi was a nice touch. The community facilities are very nice and close. Would definitly rent again.

Peaceful and Luxurious

Without a doubt, one of the nicest vacation rentals in the area. The home is professionally landscaped with a heated pool, and waterfall. The home offered us several comforts including beds that are second to none. The kitchen is spacious and contains all the modern appliances. The kitchen island was a great place for us to gather while the family cooked, and the family room offered all the possible comforts, with an incredible wide screen tv. We had such a nice time here that we only left the home for a few hours a day to sightsee. Everything we wanted was right there I would highly recommend this vacation rental to all of my family and friends. You will not be disappointed.

Superb Rental

Excellent accommodations on golf course, within easy drive to other golf courses & all the shopping we could want. We couldn't believe our luck! Located away from congested areas but easily accessable to the freeways. In our opinion, it is absolutely the best place we have rented in the past 10 years, in the greater Phoenix area. We are looking forward to repeating this experience next April.
