Show home condition. 3 BR / 2 Bath home in Johnson Ranch golf course community. Queen beds in all bedrooms. Master bedroom features large ensuite with double sinks, soaker tub and separate shower. Work desk in one bedroom complete with color printer / scanner. High speed wireless internet. LCD HD TV with satellite and cable. Blu-Ray DVD player with a selection of movies. Eat in kitchen with breakfast bar. All linens, dishes, small appliances provided. All you need are your clothes, toiletries and golf clubs.

Area Information

Johnson Ranch community is located in San Tan Valley (previously part of Queen Creek) in the SE portion of the greater Phoenix area. 18 hole golf course within community. Many others close by. Pools, parks, catch & release lake. Shopping and restaurants close by. 45 min from Phoenix Sky Harbour airport and 15 min from Mesa Gateway airport. San Tan Valley Regional Park with hiking, biking and equestrian trails nearby. Far enough from the big city but close enough to all the amenities.

Great Phoenix get-a-way

House was well decorated and clean. Lots of room and well stocked. Provided items such as pool towels etc. Good Internet service. Enjoyed the back yard and patio, plus the Quail, Hummingbirds and Geckos. Community is quiet and several amenities available in the area. Enjoyed our stay.

This house was exactly as pictured on the website...a beautiful home with superb furnishings. We were so impressed with the top of the line appliances, linens and accessories that were provided. Our thanks to the owners for their concern for our comfort. The quiet area is far enough from the big city hussle but close enough to all the shopping and sights . We were extremely satisfied with our stay and hope to be back in the future . It was great.
