The large, open-concept 1600 square foot rancher has all new interior with premium beds and new furniture. There are 3 bedrooms (king, queen, single) which are separate from each other so it makes for a quiet layout. Two full-bathrooms: master bath has double sinks, soaker tub, and shower. The home also has a covered patio with a table, 6 chairs, and a BBQ to enjoy your morning coffee or dinner under the stars; and an attached two car garage. There is a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Laundry is onsite, and high speed internet is included.

The open-concept provides an inviting space with lots of room to entertain friends, have family visit, or simply relax and watch your favorite movie on TV. You can also enjoy the big city with all of its amenities, entertainment and activities including the Arizona Cardinals or the Diamondbacks, and you're close to great outdoor spaces where you can hike in areas such as Lost Dutchman Park.

Johnson Ranch is just south of Mesa and Apache Junction in San Tan Valley. If golf is your game there are courses only minutes away in any direction, including the Johnson Ranch Golf course 4 blocks away. If you enjoy hiking, the San Tan Mountains flow down into the northern edge of Johnson Ranch and the Superstition Mountains are 20 minutes to the north. Enjoy fishing at the local catch and release pond in Johnson Ranch. If you are not familiar with the greater Phoenix area, then you should know that it is a major metropolitan area and with that comes professional sports, great entertainment and great shopping. The Superstition Mall is less than 30 minutes away and there are many smaller malls within 10-15 minutes of my home.
