Description of the San Tan Valley vacation home rental

This home is a 2 level with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs and one bedroom and full bath downstairs. The home was fully renovated in June of 2012 to include new carpet, new paint, new furniture, granite counter tops, large island and all new appliances. All bedrooms consist of walk in closets. The large master bedroom has a garden tub, separate shower stall and double sink.The master suite has a huge deck with a gorgeous view of the golf course and San Tan Mountains. The family room with a 50" flat screen, fireplace, billards room and kitchen are connected for perfect entertaining. The upstairs loft has a desk with a printer, free wireless internet access and a queen size pull out couch. The family room also has a queen size pull out couch. The backyard is AMAZING with a new L-shaped Pebble Tec pool, fire pit with seating and view of the tee box on the 7th hole of Johnson Ranch golf course. Pool is fenced with locking gate, and heated at no extra charge. Out front across the street is a childrens playground.

Honeymoon Relxation

My husband and I stayed at the property for 5 nights after spending 3 nights in Las Vegas. It was nice to have the space and the comforts of home during the relaxing part of our trip. Even though it was February and in the 60s we enjoyed the pool because it was heated. We also stayed warm in front of the fire pit on more than one night. By choosing to rent a home, we were able to do laundry and cook simple meals to save some money to enjoy some nights out. The pool table was a nice bonus to give us something to do on nights spent in. The beds were comfortable and we were able to catch up on some of the sleep we lost in Vegas. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay again!
