Description of the San Tan Valley vacation home rental

Relax and enjoy the Johnson Ranch community in this newly furnished 1500 sq. ft. 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home. The back yard overlooks the 4th tee of the par 72 championship golf course and San Tan mountains.

The home features a living/dining room, kitchen, family room, Master bedroom with private bath, 2 additional bedrooms, main bath, laundry room and 2 car garage. All three bedrooms have queen size beds with a memory foam mattress in the Master. There are 2 TV's located in the family room and Master bedroom.

Area Information

There are a variety of activities/parks in the community including the par 72 golf course, a pitch and putt course, 3 swimming pools, spa, catch and release fishing pond, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts. Grocery stores (including a Super Wal-Mart) and restaurants are within 5-10 minutes.
