Unique cottage feel

August 12, 2008

We stayed at the home for 1 week and enjoyed ourselves immensly. We were two friends with our two kids each. All girls ages 3-6 and we had a blast and plenty to do and see. The first night there a big buck come right down the hill or the house to the beach right in front of us and the kids. Amazing. The house is unique and has an upnorth feel to it with all the comforts of home. The sound of the waves on the beach can be heard in the bedrooms while your sleeping and lulls you to sleep. We went horseback riding, canoeing, jet skiing and played at the local arcade/putt putt park. The back deck is perfect for dinner and drinks and watching the sunsets and the night skys with a bizzilion stars. I would highly reccomend this house to anyone with or without children. The homeowner was very helpful with directions and information about local places to eat and see. Again the house is so unique inside you have to see it to believe it. The pictures do not do this place justice. xoxo

Slice of Heaven

January 2, 2008

Drove in from Pittsburgh not knowing what to expect. Lakefront does not always mean lakefront. This beach was perfect from morning to night...golden sand...room for volleyball...wade out through sandy bottom for a 100 yards or more. Perfection
