I have one, two, and three bedroom units on the beach in Beachside Towers. My rates, all year round, are 40% off the resort rates (and sometimes more). This first floor unit has a king in the master, queen in the guest and a queen sleeper. It sleeps up to six people.
Both buildings have heated pools. You also have access to the Hilton's amenities. They have many amenities you may use for a nominal fee - a new spa, along with a workout facility, a five star restaurant, a buffet style restaurant, a deli/ice cream shop, and an outdoor bar overlooking the beach that serves great sandwiches. Live music most of the year overlooking the beach at the new bar built in 2005.
Across the street overlooking the Choctawatchee Bay, there is a new community in Sandestin called Baytowne Wharf. There are numerous shops and restaurants, a fun place to go without leaving the resort. You can drive or take the boat ferry, which is free of charge. Don't miss it!
All of my units have fully-equipped kitchens, washer and dryers, linens provided, and free local phone calls. The rates include the cleaning fee. My units are decorated very nicely, with everything always updated.
I own a total of five units in Destin and have been renting them myself since I bought my first one eighteen years ago. I also manage other units, at the Sandestin Resort, Pelican Beach Resort and Emerald Towers. My rates can't be beat anywhere. Almost half of my business is repeat or referral. I keep my rates low and my condos very nice so you will tell your friends and family and want to come back! No matter how long you stay... it is never enough!

We had a great time on our recent stay. The beach was beautiful, the ocean incredible and the weather perfect. The resort staff was great too. Overall, this was a wonderful property. The unit had a lot of upgraded features such as granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, ceramic tile in main living areas, high end carpet in the bedrooms and very nice decor. Just a few items of note however. Utensils were extremely limited in the kitchen (there were only 4 folks and 4 spoons and the cutting knives were all dull. Of the 8 recessed lights, 4 of the bulbs were burned out. One of the two lamps in the family room also had a burned out bulb (making lighting very limited at night). Tthe toilet paper spindle was missing in the master bathroom and also the master bed was missing the bedspread/comforter. It was only adorned with 3 throw pillows and a plain white blanket. Even though these are all fairly minor things, a property of this caliber should not have these issues. Even though we had a great time and would love to return, we were a little disappointed due to the oversight in the small details.

Clean, quiet, had a ground floor condo to accomodate our 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter. Convenient to pool and beach. I was at a meeting most days, only problem was lack of consistent resort bus service, so when I took car to mtg, the rest of the family had no transportation.

Destin, Fl is the panhandles best kept secret. Great restaurants, shopping, fishing and best of all the white sandy beaches.

The condo accomodations were very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We like the fact that the owners gave us access to beach chairs and an umbrella. The only negative was that it would be nice if things like salt and a dish rag and dish washing liquid were left in the kitchen. Other condos we have stayed in had these thing available for use.

The condo was nice and very good for parking and near the pool. However, the beach view is hard to see. Also, little privacy on the patio because everyone walks by. It is on the lobby floor so you do not have to wait for elevators which was good since it was spring break.
