Description of the Sandown vacation cottage rental

Private lake front home with private 50 ft. pier. 4 bedrooms each has ceiling fans and TV. House is fully equipped to move in, washing machine, pots & pans, silverware, dishes, glasses, bake ware, toaster, coffee maker, waffle machine, rotisserie.
Waterfront side of property has 3 pinic tables, 2 BBQ's, (one gas one charcoal), fire pit, tiki bar. Plenty of room for playing in both areas .

Area Information

Sandown is a small quiet town. We are located 9 miles from Canobie Lake Amusement Park, and Rockingham Shopping Mall, Within 1 to 3 miles of cottage there are 2 Major golf courses, many different ethnic restruants ice cream shops. We are lucky to have Zorvino winery 1 mile from cottage where wine tasting and tours go on daily

One word to describe the lake house...HEAVEN! The house, lake, privacy was awesome. The children had the time of their lives swimming, fishing, and playing. It was such a peaceful time. We all enjoyed ourselves. We had a party of 16 and we all fit comfortably. We plan to make this an annual routine. Thank you!
