This is a brand new ground floor 3 bedroom (one room is a converted den) condo on Lake Pend Oreille. It is located in the Seasons at Sandpoint luxury condominium development. This unit has been furnished professionally by Mountain Comfort Furnishings, who specialize in rustic luxury furniture, with top of the line furnishings. 42 Inch flat screen in the living room, 32 inch flat screen in the master bedroom, and a 26 inch flatscreen in bedroom #2. The development has a FULL SERVICE SPA on site, a year round HEATED POOL, and a JACUZZI. Here is a little information about the development:

This unit has 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, and the other with a queen size bed, and a small third bedroom with a trundle twin bed (slides out to two twin beds). It also has a convertible couch in the living room that converts to a queen size bed. This unit will comfortably sleep 8 people. This unit, and development, are in the best location in Sandpoint, right on the water, but still within a 3 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Sandpoint.

Schweitzer Ski Resort is located here for your winter fun..along with world class snomobiling. For all seasons, there is great boating, shopping, restaurants, fishing, water sports, etc. This is a one of a kind resort town.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy lakefront condo. Although the weather was rainy all weekend, we could imagine staying here again in the summer to enjoy the lake or the winter to enjoy Schweitzer! The condo was exceptionally clean with all the amenities of home.
