This downtown Sandpoint house House is 100 yrs. old, but totally new-updated & decorated. The adjacent guest cottage is great for a 2nd couple or family members. Enjoy your own "walk to the beach" house for the 2009 season. Rented either together or front house only. Great for multiple or extended families. Rates will vary accordingly.

Just 3 blocks from the marina, downtown Sandpoint, and a few miles/minutes from Schweitzer. Enjoy your own place for skiing this year in downtown Sandpoint - best of all worlds to ski and enjoy the Sandpoint winter festivities. Sandpoint celebrates Winter like no other western town -- Winter festivals, Mardi Gras weekends, Christmas fun for everyone. Schweitzer opens on Thanksgiving. 3 Month minmimum rental for one group,or family - very reasonable rental for the entire ski and winter season. The best of all worlds. Sandpoint comes alive in the winter. 3 blocks to Downtown Restaurants, Shopping and Theater.
