3 bedroom 2 bathroom, private boat dock, deck, 112' private waterfont, sleeps 8. Treed, private setting, Barbecue, fully furnished. Located 15 minutes west of Sandpoint on highway 2, Sandpoint side 1 mile before small town of Laclede Idaho. Plenty of parking for friends and family. 30 foot dock, approx 20feet moorage, good for boats up to 22feet. Medium Bank waterfront, when water level rises no dry beach, steps from dock into water, nice sandy bottom. Approx 3 to 3.5 feet deep at shallowest portion of dock and 6-7 feet deep at end of dock. Great water ski area.

This is a great area for water skiing, boating, kayaking, jet ski. Public boat launch is just a little over a mile away in Laclede. This is a wider spot in the Pend Oreille river on the Sandpoint side of the river. Laclede is located approx halfway between Sandpoint and Priest River. If you've never been to Laclede, its a great place to come and relax. When driving from the property to Sandpoint on highway 2 the traffic is minimal, no long bridge and traffic jams to deal with. Enjoy the water by day and eating in town by night. Barbecue on the covered deck with your family and friends, watch movies, play games or simply enjoy the sounds of the water. Wake up to beautifull sunrise , southern exposure. Other activities include; picking Blueberries at the Blueberry u-pick farm, approx 1 mile North of Highway 2 on Riley creek road. Take a left at the road by the blueberry bushes and enjoy some of the best blueberries around. Take the kids to Riley creek campground ( No charge for daily parking just overnight ). There is a small playground towards the back of the park and a trail that goes around the backside of the park along the water which is very pleasant to walk. You'll find gas for your boat at Willow bay marina just a couple of miles from the property. Willow bay marina is located across from Riley Creek campground. Gas, snacks, movies, milk, hot dog buns and hamburger buns can be obtained at the Laclede Store in Laclede. If you've never had "Woods smoked sausage", we highly recommend them and The Laclede Store carries them. Woods Meats is local North of Sandpoint. Some of the best food around is also just down the road less than a mile in laclede at the Klondike. Don't let the no flash appearance of the Klondike turn you away until you try their great food and relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Okay for kids to eat, it reminds me more of a pub. Great food, highly recommend and price is great too. Try the Bruno burger, delicous. I've heard their prime rib dinner on Fridays is outstanding and the sandwhiches the next day on Saturday are very good. Laclede has a 4th of July parade and the Klondike puts on activities, has great food and a fireworks show in the evening. Its a lot of fun for everyone, especially the kids.
