Very well equipped,fully furnished house, situated on a half acre restful lot with relaxing deck to stretch out on, grill or chill out on.
8 houses away is a freshwater pond for swimming, non-motorized boating, and fishing.
5 minutes by car to pristine Sandy Neck beach.
Full kitchen with almost every tool you can think of.
Saturday check in at 4:00pm and Saturday check out by 10:00 am.
Where can you stay with a full kitchen , washer and dryer, with up to 6 people for that rate? Free linens too!
Most rentals do not provide this or charge an extra fee. Queen bed in master bedroom,2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and new baby crib.Also,a queen size pull out coach in living room.
House is furnished with local artist's works as well as local crafters.(Available for purchase, too!)

9 minutes, by car, to historic Sandwich Village, Heritage Museum,Glass museum, hiking trails,local restaurants, galleries,movie theatre,mini golf, etc. Quick access to Mid Cape Highway,(Route 6),for visiting all of beautiful Cape Cod.

My husband just left after a wonderful week at this rental. Anne has thought of everything and I mean everything! You really only need to bring yourself, clothes and food. Our weather was spectacular the entire week which means a lot to us Sandy Neck Beach goers. The neighborhood is very quiet and the home is very clean. We were greeted with fresh flowers on the table and a welcome note on the fridge. No one likes to have their vacation end, so we are already thinking of next year when we hope to be back again!

Four women looking for a relaxed, interesting vacation booked up the Lakeview house and hoped thing would go well... It did indeed! Super clean & comfortable home, friendly and helpful landlord plus Sandwich... What can I say, it was great and I would strongly recommended it to all!

This house was just right for our family of 6. Our four boys were able to bike around the very quiet neighborhood safely, which was a real high point for them. The house had everything we needed and was immaculate and uncluttered. We had a great time grilling with the charcoal grill on the deck as well. We were close to route 6 and 6a, so we could get anywhere on the cape with ease, and we did. Day trips were great fun and Sandwich itself was a good place to spend some time in. The Town Neck beach and boardwalk was a really nice place to explore tide pools, climb on rocks and catch crabs. We really lucked out with this rental...and are looking forward to staying again!

Great property that felt like home from home set in quite location but with good access to lots of wonderful locations. Well equiped house and the host was very helpful and welcoming. Difficult to find fault.

We stayed at this property the last week of July 2010. Never having rented anything other than time share condos before, we did not know what to expect and were more than pleased with this property. The house itself has every amenity that one could need or want including full laundry. The kitchen is fully supplied with everything conceivable from corn cob holders to emergency battery replacements. The bedrooms are bright, well decorated and the beds comfortable. The living room is spacious. The entire house is warm and welcoming. I saved the best for last - the private deck complete with a 4 seater table and umbrella PLUS lounging chairs. The added citronella candles around the deck and fresh flowers were appreciated. Two of the four of us are disabled and have mobility issues. The house with everything all on one level made navigation an ease. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a carefree, centrally located cottage.
Last year ,2010 ,our first year renting, was a huge success!
We would be glad to share all the positive feed back everyone has offered.
