Set on 3 1/2 acres among the White Fenced Pastures at the end of the long Tree Lined Driveway.

As you step in through the front foyer you will know that this is not just a home but a vacation experience. This spectacular 6 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath Colonial is the ideal spot to begin and end each day of your Cape Cod Vacation.

Take advantage of the Large living room with hardwood floors, oversized sectional couch, vaulted ceilings, bar and large screened cable TV. Allow your competitive nature to take over with a friendly game on the Wii.

The kitchen's open floor plan features a center island, breakfast bar as well as additional dining area. Stainless appliances, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and more.

The master bedroom features a King bed, *55 INCH FLAT SCREEN TV* and private bath with soaking tub and separate shower (42 Inch Flat Screen TV in Bathroom to enjoy while Soaking!). French doors lead to the loft/balcony sitting area that overlooks the living room. Just off the sitting area, step on to the private deck for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The beautiful landscaped grounds along with the in-ground pool make this the perfect spot for relaxation. A BBQ on the large gas grill, a good book by the pool or a nap in the hammock. A friendly game of Volleyball on the private sand court. Whatever you choose to do you will find that this home has so much to offer to you and your guest.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

Pizza Delivery, a Traditional Cape Cod Lobster Boil or Dinner at the Historic Daniel Webster. Breakfast at one of the many tucked away Cafe's that the "Locals" know best (Try the Rte 6A Cafe for their Melba Pancakes!) Ice Cream from Sweet Carolines or Sandwiches Sandwiches. Discover the Tea Shop for Lunch and don't forget to have a Scone. For Waterfront Dining, visit Hemispheres at Town Neck and Dine on the Outside Deck overlooking the Beach.

While visiting, a day trip to Martha's Vineyard is worth the 20 Minute drive to Woods Hole. Before Catching the Ferry, stop by the Wood Hole Oceanographic Institute to see the Aquarium and the working Lab where the kids can touch the Star Fish!

Walk or Bike ride along the Canal and definately take a walk along the Boarwalk leading to the Beach.

This place is the best!!!

We had come to Mass. for a personal trip. After searching for months. I found this house. It was perfect. We needed a place for the grandchildren to play.We had a large family 10 adults and 7 children. We were never under foot with that many people. The children loved the back yard,and the pool. If by chance I would be in ma. again I would check into this place first. It was very clean,and the owner was awesome.
