Description of the Sandwich vacation home rental

Well cared for home with room for 8 and just a short stroll to Town Neck beaches and boardwalk. Set on a corner lot within walking distance to Town Neck Beach and the Sandwich Boardwalk with views of the salt marsh across the street. Split level with a furnished 3 season room located off of the dining area with bar. Open kitchen/dining area with large banquet table to enjoy familiy and friends, the living room has cathedral ceiling, flat screen TV and floor to ceiling fireplace. Two bedrooms both with double beds and full bathroom with tub and shower. Access to the bathroom from one of the bedrooms.
Lower level is where you will find the laundry area, 2 additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 2 Twins, and the 2nd bathroom with tub and shower.
Enjoy cooking outside on the grill located just off the 3 season room with stairs that lead to the picnic table and benches.

Area Information

Sandwich is a wonderful place for vacationers and year round residents. This home is centrally located to the beach, the Cape Cod canal for fishing, biking, walking or rollerblading and right close to that is a new playground at the marina for the kids with picnic tables to stay for lunch and watch the boats. From this home you can get to local restaurants, taverns, a shopping plaza and a pharmacy in just a few minutes by car.
