Gorgeous newer home in Town Neck. Beautiful water views of Cape Cod Bay and the north end of the Cape Cod Canal. Tastefully appointed high end beach home with 3 full baths and 4 plus bedrooms. Central air in the top level only.

Lovely deck to hang out and cook on. Not too far of a walk to a beach access path or the main beach at the Town Neck Boardwalk. Best area on the Cape for kayaking.

Central location that is close to town, shopping and restaurants. Very little traffic to the bridges make it a pleasure to get to and leave from.

This is the home you want if you are looking for all the comforts of home and furnishings that are not in a typical rental. Please note that this home will accept a pet with prior approval only.
