Top floor Suites include fireplaces, vaulted ceilings & flat screen T.V.’s. We have everything but you! 30-night stay required.

Our stay had been terrific. The maids, the office staf were really pleasant with us. The appartement was exactly wath we needrd. We are planning to come again in the near future.

Pleasant surprise...

We relocated to Utah for work and wanted to find something that did not have that "hotel" feeling. Well, I found River Oaks and would recommend this to ANYONE that wanted to stay for vacation or business in Utah. It's a place that is close to everything. Whether a short trip to the grocer, mall or wanting to get up to the mountains for skiing in the winter. River Oaks felt like "home" which included a full kitchen and washer/dryer, but had all the "perks" of being a hotel--weekly cleaning..yeah. The staff were amazing and we really hate to leave them because they became friends. They were able to aide in our transition and had lots suggestions to see and visit. You always read reviews and wonder if they are real or "made up" for the purpose of promoting. This is a real review. So no exaggeration needed just compliments. Trust me, I'm really picky and RIVER OAKS was top rate.

Accomodations & Staff are Remarkable

I have stayed in a number of places around this planet and have found River Oakes in Sandy, UT one of the best. The 2 bedroom apt. was neat and clean, but above that, the office staff was exceptional. From providing bathroom tissue to assisting with directions and transportation, they were on the money. Polite, thoughtful and always pleasant, they made us feel welcomed and comfortable. I am not easily impressed, however, I was certainly so with these individuals. And this is from someone who lived in Sandy for nine years.

Good standard of accommodation. Well equipped & well maintained for extended stays. Well run by nice folk. Excellent value for money in Salt Lake Area. Very convenient location offering easy access to many local lifestyle activities etc. I will be back and I would recommend it to anyone.

We spent a month at River Oaks apts. and we always got good time. The staff is wonderful polite and always smiling. The place is clean and very quiet for relax. We just missed a barbecue and it will be perfect. See you next year.

Winter home away from home.

This place was great! My wife and I came to Utah on an extended ski vaccation from California. It was very comfortable with all the ammenities necessary to make us feel at home.(Flat screen tv, fireplace, nice bedding and even a washer and dryer in our suite.) The staff was very freindly and attentive, even making reccomendations of local stores and restaurants. We will definately be coming back on our next ski get away. Perfect combination of convenience, comfort and price.
