Description of the Sanibel Island vacation condo rental

This condominium Sundial F401 is near oceanfront with wrap around balcony on two sides. You can see the Gulf of Mexico from every room. Sliding glass doors open full width of the living room to allow for sea breezes and sounds the surf. We offer a large, screened balcony with cushioned furnishings. This unit was completely remodeled recently with all new furnishings, flooring, artwork, draperies and more. This prime Sundial unit has 1250 sq. ft. We also have Sundial B306, 2-bedroom/2 bath and Sundial B307, 1-bedroom with direct Gulf of Mexico views. If you need a different accommodation, please contact for more availability.

Our condominium sleeps six (king-size bed, twins, queen-size sofa sleeper), is fully equipped, and decorated in in the Tommy Bahamas look. Because this is our own vacation home, we furnish some extras -washer/dryer, ceiling fans as well as air conditioning, three cable TVs, DVD, stereo, high-speed internet, binoculars, hair dryers in baths, beach chairs, beach towels, picnic cooler for the beach, beach toys, games, books, etc.

Great location

We didn't get this exact unit, but the one we had was wonderful. It was on the ground level so easy to get to. Everything in the condo worked well, decorations were nice, we were ocean-front, and loved the screened in patio where we could sit and watch the ocean. The property is on the south side of the island, so convenient both to Sanibel and Captiva, and to Fort Myers Beach.

Fantastic Overall

Our Sundial Condo was excellent. Very clean and the location was perfect. The buildings ammenities were and added plus. The grounds were also visually appealing and enhanced the already spectacular condo. The Condo actually was nicer than we expected and more updated than the photos taken. This is our 2nd time staying at the Sundial and intend to make it our regular stop in sanibel every year

This unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything you would want is available from beach equipment to the well accessorized kitchen. We rented before the kitchen/bath renovation and loved it then! We hope to be back sometime next year since even our little girls keep asking to go back to 'that condo in Sanibel with the dolphins that swim by!'

The Very Best!

F401 is the very best. The unit is decorated in a very sophisticated, comfotable style. The master bathroom is particularly wonderful. Everything is included to make your stay enjoyable and hassel free. The kitchen was so well appointed that we cooked and ate all out meals at "home" where we could enjoy the view.
