As you walk in the door of the unit, the first thing you will see is the gorgeous view through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to the lanai. You will spend many relaxing mornings on the lanai with your coffee, and many relaxing evenings with your favorite evening cocktail. The kitchen and living area are combined into one large room with views all around. The kitchen was completely remodeled in fall of 2007 and is fully equipped with all large appliances, coffeepot, blender, toaster, dishes, and the like. There is also a full size washer and dryer for your use. The living area has a pull-out couch that sleeps two, a loveseat, tv, dvd, vcr, and stereo/cd player. You will find family games and area brochures in the coffee table. The unit has wireless high speed DSL internet available at no extra cost.
On-site eateries range from the convenient deli, to the very casual pool-side Pelican Snackerrie, to the elegant, award winning gourmet restaurant, The Banyon Room. The Tarpon House offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, all served while you are gazing out over water fountains splashing into an oversized pool, surrounded by palm trees, and overlooking the bay. For one of the best meals anywhere in Southwest Florida, walk over by the tennis courts and order any entrée at the Courtside Steakhouse. Make sure to go to the Courtside every Wednesday night for Crab Races! You can catch your favorite NFL, NBA, NHL or other game there anytime on one of the many televisions.

Great service and staff, very professional and accomodating, housekeeping was great Can't say enough. We did the spa, fitness center, restraunts,everything. Our only complaint is that the condo was a little tired. carpets needed cleaning
